FEE RULES
Following shall strictly be adhered to: -
1. The fee should be paid through in Cash or Bank Drafts / Pay Orders. Cheques are not acceptable. Bank Drafts/ Pay Orders should be in favor of “Principal, Sunrise School/ College”. The Student school Registration Number, class and Name should be mentioned in the covering letter and on the reverse of the Bank Draft / Pay Order.
2. Fee in cash will only be deposited with Cashier office or the accountant and receipt to this effect be collected.
3. Fee in cash neither be handled by the Student nor will be deposited to un-authorized person.
4. If the fee remains unpaid by the due date, a late fee of Rs. 5/- per day for the first ten days and Rs. 10/- per day for next ten days and Rs. 15/- per day for the remaining period will be charged.
5. Any student whose fee is not paid within one month after due date , his/her name is liable to be struck off the institution Rolls and may be re-admitted on payment of Rs. 300/- subject to the approval of the Head of the institution.
6. No Student will be allowed to appear in Board Examination or for the annual examination, unless his accounts have been settled in full by the date on which the examination begins.
7. The student appearing for the Board Examination (9th, 10th, 11th & 12th) will pay the all dues up to the end of calendar month in which their Board Examination finishes.
LEAVE RULES
REGULAR LEAVE
Regular leaves covers periods longer than , such as Regular Vacations, Eid Break and Term Breaks etc., that are available to all students. Such periods will be mentioned in the annual institution Calendar.
SPECIAL LEAVE
Special Leave is an absence from the school/College during a scheduled school day. All requests for special leave should reach in writing at Sunrise school/College Khuzdar no later than one day proceeding the period requested. Special leave requires prior approval of the Principal.
EMERGENCY LEAVE
Emergency leave may be granted for the death of an immediate family member, serious injury or illness, or extreme hardship of the immediate family member. Requests for emergency leave must originate with a parent/ guardian of the student, or their duly authorized representative and may only be made by a verified telephone call, followed by written request.
MEDICAL LEAVE
All medical appointments must be coordinated with Doctors of Civil Hospital Khuzdar. If medical leave is granted, the Student must provide signed documentation from the physician upon the return to the School/College, otherwise he will be charged with an unexcused absence.
RELIGIOUS LEAVE
Student may request leave for an established religious holiday or holy day, or participation in a specific religious function with the recommendations of the Principal duly approved by the Chairman.
NOTE:-Any student whose continuously 4 days or randomly 6 days absent during month from the institution, his/her name is liable to be struck off the institution Rolls and may be re-admitted on payment of Rs. 2000/- subject to the approval of the Head of the institution.
